Hey, all you lovebirds out there, V-Day is coming this Sunday. You know you’re going to have a great meal, or you’ll at least want to toast one another. So we’re going to make the beverage choice easy for you. This Friday we’re popping open a bunch of “love” candidates at WSW. Traditionally the beverage of choice is pink and bubbly, so come on by and try some of our pink bubbles. There’s something for every budget, and they are all fantastic. See you Friday, if not sooner.

FRIDAY FEBRUARY 19 5-7 PM
Over the past couple of years a number of winemakers have ben having some fun with packaging, and one of the more recent developments is wine in liter containers. What this means is that you’re getting a third of a regular bottle more. You’ve probably seen one or two in WSW, especially the “tetra paks” — those colorful plastic boxes in the front. You know, the ones that you pick up and look at me and ask “Is this any good?” Well, I’ve got news for you. They are terrific, and you owe it to yourself to come in and try them. They’re selling like crazy, so get on board with the new wave of wine “bottles”.
To help you in your daring venture into the unknown, we’re doing a tasting of nothing but liters. You can try any or all of them, and we promise that you won’t die or go blind. Remember it’s only a box, it’s only a little larger bottle. The values as well as the wines are fantastic. See you on the 19th.
